The Daniel Defense M4 10.0 Free Float Rail System is the lightest rail system of its kind available today. It weighs less than 12 ounces (including the threaded ring, barrel nut, and indexing pins)!

The M4 Rail 10.0 Free Float Rail System is designed to cover the gas system of either a Carbine or Mid-Length AR15 weapon with a low profile gas block.

The indexing pins are constructed from stainless steel while all other components are 6061-T6 aluminum. The Rail System is Military Specification Type III Hard Coat Anodized and 100% Quality Assurance test for conformity to Military Specification 1913 dimensions.

Every rail comes with either ladders or panels which are made from santoprene, which can handle heat up to 350 degrees.
